Obviously a short attack from H. It will have merit in the market until it is refuted, simple as that. Hiring a legal firm that specializes in this is the best way to go IMO. Let those who believe H sell, that's fine. I'll hold, but I didn't bet more than I could afford to lose. Never do, that's where emotions get involved. It's OTC, it's tough, it's never a given, and never bet the farm. A firm with a Nigerian owner is an easy target. I'm hoping Dozy comes through this. We do have an auditor here that is on the line as well. Yes they can be lied to, but they also have a reputation that will determine their future viability as an auditor. GLTA!!!
