That is such a ridiculous statement - you can't short a CE stock just as you can't short a Grey Sheet stock or a stock on the Expert Market.

On every OTC scam board someone is always posting about ole Shorty.

Check the FTDs - naked shorting would show up as a FTD.

If CCTL is being naked shorted it is the responsibility of Pillsworth to report it to the SEC. If he doesn't report it then he is neglecting his Fiduciary responsibilities.
