Yeah, two things I believe are certain:

1) Only CEOs can legally pump a stock with news and dump an offering into that news-- which is probably worse than a standard P&D since the shares are new.

2) If you have over 50k followers and are mentioning OTC (and small caps) stocks on twitter, the SEC will be look into your trading accounts. As Colombo said, I don't like even being this tall... I prefer not have people following me with their new pursuit of everything fintwit after the meme craze.
