I don't think that's the big hold up for new investors. I think new investors that have gone to the trouble of visiting that site will read the docs and do their DD. But with that said, in their DD they ultimately find that there is a large SS and Rick has stated he would like to buyback but that a RS is planned as well. for this to stay in trips with a company that has money, a solid history, quality products and a good team is obviously for reasons other than just one thing. could it be market manipulation, dilution, fear of RS or something else? I can't say i know for sure, but i know what history has told me in the past when this sort of action is going on.....everyone should do their own DD and come to their own conclusion but There is NO WAY this company/ticker should be in trips still.
