Shouldn't the company announce what the PPS is set up for the merge? lots of confusion about RS and Preferred shares right now.

yeah the 63 page filing was on purpose, to confuse and bewilder, preferred shares, R/S, different preferred share setups that even confused me, money owed and ridiculous valuations based on thin air, not to mention rwod is under the gun from NASDAQ to complete something before their 12 month time frame post IPO to merge with someone, they applied for extensions yeah i know but there's more red flags than a riptide beach right now on this ticker

now it's musical chair time to see who is left without a seat when the music stops
