Mostly! We are cash flow positive and are splitting only to get off and away from the nonsense of OTC. Anyone who can read a balance sheet would know that a reverse split would be a positive step.
We will get accountability and exposure to meaningful investors. We will go nowhere as a pennystock. I am 80 years old and more than willing to make the move. We need to do something. Looking for organic growth has proven hopeless. It's now or never. The traditional reason for a steep decline after RS do not exist here. Our trading volume is pathetic. We need NASDAQ exposure. I would like to see our potential realized before I die. No matter your age, you should feel the same. We have been waiting 10 years and have seen rising promise and declining prices. Can anyone say this has not been ridiculous?
