.... not worth the time as it pertains to ECSL. There is no credible source of information for ECSL ... not even company mgmt.

Monday morning and already a very big test of the situation. CEO been sellin' stock at 55 cents for a long time and now stock is just getting towards that level. It will be interesting to see locked up longs conviction here.

Still plenty more stock out there available after the morning dump.
I still have the question as to whether ECSL actually goes up should the Lorton deal close.

Best source of info right now is the trustees of the Lorton estate who are the officers of Lorton's companies.

ECSL has been trending down for nearly 18 months. Some ups ... some downs ... but ultimately price has been decaying for quite some time.
