I think what we need is NioCorp to lay out a whopper 90% Debt NR, and we go on a 6 month terror, to $300.00 pps.
NioCorp immediately does a 10/1 Split, to get the pps affordable @ $30.
We now have our original share count, as we head back to $300.00
