Could be AS capital has some of those shares. See 7:40 on conference call. It is quite apparent that BMXI will need a lot of money to work their properties to draw even more money in. Money talks! It greases the wheels of business ventures for whatever reason. I would expect an audit to be filed and more shares sold for more money. On that note, I personally expect another run on share price. May be two or more this year. imho!
