At some point--real mngmt is going to have to do a RCT
not with a mouse or monkey--not a poster in London--not Italian test tubes

Using a real CRO-not CEO friend in crime
With sufficient patients enrolled--not baskets or meta analysis or hypothesis
With real data--not mother in law or anecdotes
With approved FDA protocol--without clinical holds

This will require a real BOD--not protecting the fied fifers but actually progressing Leronlimab
This will require real experience in mngmt--not weed/wine --not people that lie on resumes--not skelly--not Rae or Ray

So far only 2 intelligent/honest that have held mngmt positions--Mahoob and Pestell
Mahoob saw the fraud and nightmare and ran
Pestell would not participate in any amawrecks run trial

Everyone else just happy to get on the no work required gravy train. Just hide behind "just 2 more parts to submit to BLA"--"just 2 more parts to submit to lift clinical hold"--just waiting to meet with Brazil DSMB--cannot discuss under NDA--can't run any trial due to clinical hold--cant do anything until arbitration is over--cant do anything until DOJ investigation is over--cant do anything until SEC investigation is over--mngmt doesnt buy stock because of lil windows--there are so many obstacles
