Mr. Hoch has held various key management positions with U.S. Long Distance (NASDAQ:USLD), Billing Concepts (NASDAQ:BILL) and Andersen Consulting (NYSE:ACN). Mr. Hoch holds a BBA in computer information systems and a MBA in international business management, both from Our Lady of the Lake University.
