The giant opportunity here is that the “company” still has a market value of around $400,000,000.00 now that they’ve issued the remaining common shares to the preferred shareholders. The market cap as shown online still doesn’t reflect this fact. You have an opportunity to “make” $400mm by shorting it to zero.
