According to fintel, approx 3.5m were shorted in the last 7 days by mm's on darkpools. They tried to lower the share price today by putting in a fake bid of 600k shares under the last sold price of $0.0073. Close to 300k shares were bought at this price. However they could not get any sellers to sell so they removed this bid and price started to move up again. The seller was citadel. Otcn also always is responsible for tiny fake sells to lower share price. The question is with all these naked shorted shares that are not covered indefinitely, how is this legal???
