We are down because newbees thought the buyout would be for their shares too at $2, Dr Cavasin is getting $2 for HIS shares ONLY (controlling interest) we have to wait until the business matures to see any apprication (if any). Why buy all the shares when you only need controlling interest?
Just wait for money and plants to be built, we need revenues.

OT: watch WWEN, another player in this field, today they announced they are fishing for a JV partner for their technology.
