My hope is that the CEO is going to enjoy two things this summer:
1) some peace and quiet: take a vacation from doing deals and let the business settle in with new employees, customers and equipment
2) higher net worth as her shares steadily rise in value
These are good basic motivators for HIRU. Deals take a while to be accretive, and can shake investor confidence. I think we can get to Q3 with a couple of solid quarters and a more risk-on commercial lending environment. Then HIRU should expand to LA using commercial credit, not dilution.
Buyback + organic growth + Los Angeles = uplist or merger
