I'm cooking up a couple Lung straps cut up into stew meat I trimmed out all the tough gristle....about 5 lbs in the crock pot but no fat so added a stick of butter and 1/2 cup of flour to thicken the juice for gravy and help the meat cook right
should be like eating short ribs.....will have it over rice or noodles with french bread and fruit or veggie as a side
