Well, how about, perhaps, the reason(s) why FINRA denied those requests to begin with?? Perhaps something to do with Rule 6490 as HiLo has maintained? And, no, that doesn't mean GS can't get the issue(s) fixed, or hasn't already. Indeed, perhaps that "agreement" with the SEC fixes it all???? But it's all speculation until we hear from him and until we do, IMO, the reason for the denial and the decision itself still stand!!)
