If they announce that RS and its terms, this price would not hold up.

In my opinion, they know what will happen so this is their idea of the valuation here.

This will crater to higher trips, most likely mid range trips when RS is announced. So lets say .0006 with same OS. So that would be 600k market cap. It washed through RS, so 400,000 OS @ $1.50. Same market cap so wow, share holders gonna make out on the $60m valuation right? Not with the preferred, which convert 40m+ shares, which would magically make the market cap equal out close to the $60m?

41,000,000 * 1.50 = $61m and some change?

Shareholders take the brunt of RS, not insiders.
