Timeline to become Pink Current after submitting attorney letter

I asked the Q to OTC Markets and this is the response. So as I suspected, just filing is not automatic qualification, OTC will likely do some due diligence to make sure they are legit enough, beyond what they do for Pink Ltd, but of course you'll never get an answer from them of exactly what the qualification process entails, its proprietary info.

Q: is there a range of time of how long after submitting attorney letter that a company can go from pink ltd to pink current, also assuming all the quarterly and annual filings have been submitted? I know every situation is different and may extend beyond the normal bounds but just looking for an average and range that covers most companies.

A: On average, no more then 10 business days. Please keep in mind that just because a company posts reports does not indicate that those reports qualify the company for Pink Current.
