Unfortunately you are probably right. This industry has been a disaster in every sense of the word. Although Biden/Harris campaigned on legalization, it hasn't taken shape. And if congress can't even legalize banking, it is going no further. Big pharma, alcohol and tobacco will continue to pad the pockets on both sides of the isle. It is easy money for politicians with little blow back from their constituents. If I only had the money back I have invested in this industry over the past 10 years.
