Good Morning:

Just expressing my opinions as we wait for a mountain of green backs.

Some very important news have been released by Niocorp during the last few weeks. As I have expressed many times in the past, the share price will have a negative tendency until finance is obtained. We will have positive spurts, as news are released.

As far of the two of us (including Mrs. grunt) have tremendous respect for the entire 8-person team at Niocorp. To the naysayers that is your business. Nobody has provided any evidence for us to feel any different than we do.

Yes, we had had two clusterf" that have extended the time to move our project forward. By definition a clusterf* is human created therefore 100% preventable. The term was first coined by a G.I. in Vietnam in the 1960's. So relatively a new idiom. The first one, of course, was the covid-19, which I believe is the "mother" of all clusters and of course the gxii debacle.

In my opinion, the Niocorp team continues to find ways to make this project even more profitable than before the clusters occurred. Maybe an increase of 5% more Niobium extracted from the same amount of tonnage does not sound like much, however, when you think about the amount of mineral being extracted from the tiny 60-acre parcel, it quickly becomes some serious extra profits.

Here is an extraction from the 2022 Technical Report:
-----------------------
The 2022 Technical Report is based on an assumption of processing 36,656 kilotonnes (kt) of ore over a 38-year life of mine (LOM) to produce 171,140 tones (t) of Nb in the form of ferroniobium, 3,676 tonnes of Sc2O3 and 431,793 tonnes of TiO2. Rare earths have been added to the Mineral Resource, and the Indicated Resource contains 632.9 kt of Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO)
----------------------------

They have also announced the amount of Titanium will double and will increase in purity, with a net increase of 10 times the original amount of revenue.

The price of Scandium has always been a dilemma. During the last 4 or 5 annual meetings, I have asked Scott the same question: You still believe you can obtain the price for the Scandium as quoted in the FS. Every time the answer has been a resounding: "YES".

Finally, we are beginning to see quotes that are pretty good reference for our research.

The company continues to improve the quality of the Scandium. Hopefully, that will remove some of the turmoil that has surrounded its pricing.

--------------------------

Scandium is one of the most expensive natural elements because of its scarcity and limited production1. The price of pure scandium (99.99%) has varied between US$ 4000 and US$ 20,000 per kilogram in the past decade1. In 2019, the price was around US$ 14,000 per kilogram2. As of 11/25/2022, the FOB price of scandium metal (99%-99.999%) was between US$ 3968 and US$ 4777 per kilogram3.

I guess the inclusion in the Russell 3000 index at the next realignment, the 4th Friday of June is a given. In my opinion, Niocorp will also be included in the Russell 2000 index. At this time, the index includes 200 companies with a market cap under 200 million. So, we should be able to participate in the 2000 index as well. The two indices must purchase some shares, so it should create a bit of instability for a couple of days.

We will see their new look on Monday the 26th of June.

At least for these grunts, the future with our Niocorp investment looks bright and it seems gets brighter with every new announcement.
