They're suspended because he didnt file a 10q but he told us it would be late.

Right after he bought 100 million shares to increase working inventory.

Right before he put in a form7 a major carrier is switching to igens product.

4 months after he announced a merger with prolog and appointed their CEO as our CTO.

It's pretty obvious that hes waiting for more information from prolog to consummate the merger to supply a huge order.

The form7 is probably being held on to until the announcements are ready. Or else he would be withholding from the CSE about ongoings as kayak always let's us know about.

So he cut his losses and it looks bad but who cares. The truth is right there.
