Penny-scammers are hilarious... there will be no DOE announcement involving MMEX - anyone with more than two functioning neurons to rub together knows MMEX, Mad Jacki-boi, and his criminal cohorts are running a share-selling scam - not a legit business.

The penny-scamming promotors who posture MMEX as a legit business are part of Mad Jacki-boi's entourage of criminals, imbeciles, hopium addicts, and similar fools.
