SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

Today, the company was upgraded back to OTCPK Limited information, and the company posted an updated Attorney's letter as to the Current Information. As most of you already know, we had added a new CPA and a new SEC attorney. We anticipate that the company will move up back to OTCPK "Current" information within a few days to a week.

We are also excited about our Delta 9 and CBD products that we are launching with several distributors. We will post a new wbsite and products information next week. We appreciate all the support, especially the good comments concerning our MJ related new products.
