They are submitting a vote to shareholders for a reverse split. This could happen anytime, i was hoping this could be avoided - does not seem likely -.was mentioned in 10K or 10Q. Currently I'm not sure this company can survive. Payroll is probably @ around 20 million mark. They need to sell at least a few hundred trucks this year through next year. So they need to report sales over the next few months, The next 180 Day extension on stock below a dollar price requires the split to happen, with in this time period.

Only a glimmer of hope. Listening to Parker Meeks was a pleasure. He at least seems to know what he is talking about.
