DBI +1.39 to 8.60 on heavy early volume of 4M .... they have a history of share buybacks having bought nearly 15% of shares outstanding in FY23. Hopefully they'll increase the offering range of this latest tender offer with the stock now above the high end of the $7 to $8 range, but they still had $187M left of their last buyback as of 1/28/23, so presumably they'll continue to reduce the o/s share count regardless.

For the year ended January 28, 2023, we repurchased 10.7 million Class A common shares (14.6% of Class A and Class B common shares at the beginning of the fiscal year) at an aggregate cost of $147.5 million, with $187.4 million of Class A common shares that remain authorized under the program as of January 28, 2023.
