My prediction based on historical data. Will go to trial four months from now and then at some point we will be told about more and more court dates that will drag this on. See you in 2030 when many will be spewing the same cheap talk and VPLM will still be without any financial judgements for the "claimed" billions and billions of ongoing infringements. Get back to me when the company gets financial rewards that are in-line with this talk from the CEO. Anything less means that this is a complete bust. Meanwhile some would be happy with a buyout at .50 for a company that we hear has these numbers at stake. The numbers just don't jive.
