Get real. It is absurd to even pretend that a SPAC is going to hand over $60M in cash for a company whose market cap is less than $3M and was less than $1M when the pump started. It is also absurd to think the shareholders of that SPAC will let them. SPAC’s have redemption clauses that let shareholders recoup their investment if they’re not happy with the proposed combination, and these won’t be happy at all paying $60M for a company that isn’t worth what it’s trading for today.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
