Seems like yet another example of dramatic concern and anxiety with a basis in reality and facts related to PCTL

Looks like it's just about ready.

Shareholders may suffer consequences in a decline in PCTLs share price. However, execs & the PCT board may have a much bigger price to pay

Just double checking the filings for accuracy.. Patience
