$TMNA; Dude sounds confused...........

$TIO (which is ex-MICT) is the non-performiing business unit which allowed $TMNA legacy to join with.

MICT never ever did anything of value under the auspices of Mercer.... ask Any Legacy MICT stock holder that, its facts.

Mercer was a deadbeat CEO then with the fortunate position of holdiing a Nasdaq listiing which $TMNA was after in order to gain more market exposure.

Mercer pushed Mmobuousi aside and started talking and actingg like he invented and created Tingo Mobile when he never even stepped foot in an African country, let alone Nigeria.

Mercer runs a WAP restaurant in the UK where he makes Foie Gras all day...... he has no reason
in running in an African AgriTech company.

Kick Mercer and ex-MICT out of the picture....... and TMNA works just fine. TIO running to
5.80 was Mercers opportunity to sell all his deadbeat exMICT shares which were almost worthless.
