I said last year that orlando and now who ever runs this scam had only 3 extensions officially listed and when that ran out they would just make up new ones. There has to be a law when a company strings investors along. Orlando was writing his own rules as they went along and the new guy is the same way.

So somehow not only did they vote themselves more extensions (no common shareholders have a vote just the top 5 crooks do) they got some insider money probably from a foreign made up corp, possibly another orlando scam by another name like the first funders dealt with.

SEC should be laying down the hammer any time now.
