And it scares me - now with mostly JPS - if Treasury wants to dilute by 20X or whatever the common - somehow that death has to spill over to JPS ------ they are both equity

The difference is that FnF owes the commons $0...

However, FnF does owe the JPS $33B

That debt can be erased with cash or conversion to commons.
