ViaOne could just "Buy Out" GMER at whatever Offer/Acceptance price is agreed upon by both
the seller and buyer, of which Dorwart is the CEO of both.

Theoretically, ViaOne could buy GMER for $.0001 per share and there's not a damned thing
anybody could do to prevent it so long as the Board of Directors (Dorwart) of each company
consents to it.

Am I correct? What are your thoughts?
