My previous posts have explained this numerous times. Pretty simple if you ask me. But, I’ll try once more.

With no more 101 Alice Motion hovering over VPLM’s other cases in NDCA, that would effect the outcome of the ones in Waco, this enables VPLM to settle with the other infringers. aka Amazon, T-Mobile, Verizon, Samsung and not to mention Huawei. AGAIN, who would acquire and or sign any licensing agreements, if there’s the possibility Judge Danato could have ruled like Judge Koh and cancel the freaking patents. If they went to court and won, any Alice dismissal in NDCA, could be used in an appeal to overturn the decision. This was a major concern with VPLM.

I mean, WTF, is so hard to comprehend. LMAO
