Metal implants have definitely improved people's lives over no implants. However as metal implants corrode and the number of patients becoming hypersensitive to them, they are becoming less and less of an improvement in their lives. No better example of this is Mr Dick Van Dyke and his ailments as the result of his titanium dental implants. Its time for bioceramics to come into the forefront to continue the quest to improve patient outcomes.

Is there a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data, like using humor?
Is the data being reducing to the absurd?
Is there an exercise to create more forum verbiage to drown out evidence?
