$TMNA: Dozy owns majority of the combined shaes

Mercer only owned his own shares of MICT before the FTM was discussed.

He basically got a free company cuz Dozy wanted to uplist to the Nasdaq.

Dozy shoulda just laid low on the OTC like before and either wait to go the SPAC route or partner with another merger candidate.

Mercer sold all his worthless MICT shares at 5.80 on the runup a few weeks ago so he made out like a bandit. He really doesnt give 2 flying fux about Tingo Shareholders because he kknows nothing about the business Dozy started and operates. The white man just screwed the black man again.
