I think the deadline was 5 days after the original due date; that is the extension the SEC grants which is why we had a yield sign for non-compliance after that extension. Chan just wrote in the request that they will submit it 22 calendar days after. It is not a deadline…it’s already way late and he can just submit it whenever now. I don’t care about the 10Q. I want to know why Chan and another board member bought 100M more shares to buy additional units.
