I never knew you were a master craftsman of tomatoes.
Do I have to travel to Italy or can I grow my own?
I definitely recall fruits tasting different as a kid, and we had a peach tree that I never sprayed poison on. We got peaches for about 4 years before the tree stopped giving fruit. Small tree with hundreds of peaches that we had to get to before the bugs did, but they were so much better than anything store bought today.
I do agree that tomatoes bought from the store now are pretty mediocre. Kids today don't know what they are missing.
A few years back we had a trip planned to several of the smaller cities in Italy, but had to cancel. Guess we should add that back to our bucket list.
Right now, the only thing on there is
1. Spousal_unit wants to see aurora borealis
2. I want to play St. Andrews
We took care of the Galapagos Islands this year.
What's on your list?
Just my opinion, of course.
