The aspect of 'no operations' is real as of today via a 'badge' but that doesn't mean actions aren't occurring regarding the change of operations being disclosed once the company and their obligations are ready. But I understand your view since the 'badge' has now shown up. Perhaps you're right and it didn't work out... as of right now, no one knows except those who are handling the 'shell' aka 'company'. It's really simple and that doesn't detour me from holding a smart position.
