Would such an opinion be valued? Opinions are valued by some and not welcomed by others. Opinions are a dime a dozen man. Since we on polar opposite sides of the opinion spectrum, I would venture to guess no. Therefore, no.

You are pointing out a snippet from the 10-K that was filed late.

Didn't you state something like the company had gone "dark" prior to the filing? Well the 10-K came out. Now we'll see how it goes regarding an RS that's supposed to come and a name change.

Other than that there is not much else to say regarding that. You didn't give an opinion as to what you posted from the 10-K, and I'm not asking for one because it doesn't matter one way or the other from a chat board such as this is.
