another Biden spike with alternative energy stocks...fcel pps seems to be rising from the news more than the others who stand to actually benefit from the clean hydrogen strategy plan...

fcel is building on sand...they will have to perform quickly and almost flawlessly to benefit...they only have so much money to work with unless they can generate more revenue...which they have not proven they are able to do...

even if they do generate a little more revenue, a few miilion here and there when hundreds of millions is needed wont cut it...

and biden's plan is just a plan...its a goal...plans can change...or fold...especially if a new president takes office in a couple years...as soon as biden gets significant oppostion from some opponent, all the plans he made come into doubt...
