Not really, it's been long enough now. I had another ticker, same thing, reverse merging and they couldn't get their name and ticker changed because someone would not give up their shares that the courts had agreed had too. I suppose it's up to the courts now. may take forever.
This one I see going down for no reason and by all means should be at 002 now. Go figure.
