From my experience, R/S of stocks dealing with several Billions shares, the usual rate is 1 to 1000 or 1 to 5000. If PLPL wants to uplist, given the poor performance of the current PPS I would say they would R/S 1 to 5000. One scenario I foresee with an announcement of a R/S of 1:5000 the pps could tank to around 0003, So post R/S PPS would be trading around $1-1.5 bucks and with great news it could recover to $5-6.
