IPOs have been fairly ineffective of late. Reasons to acquire public vehicle…... Much cheaper and much quicker to acquire an OTC vehicle. Hmmmmmmm interesting possibilities for what $MONI is doing here:

1) Much faster and guarantee of being listed vs an IPO
2) Market for IPO is awful right now
3) Going public generally allows for higher share price & ultimately higher overall valuations.
4) Greater access to capital markets and financing options.
5)Public companies generally trade at much higher multiples than a private co.
6) Public company has greater liquidity giving access to institutional and general retail which drives pps.
7) Gives more options and access to complete acquisitions.

Got multiple potential revenue generating companies trying to come under a pubco…. and quickly. Could just mean very BIG things brewing with their business that they need to get listed asap!
