OTC apparently doesn't yet acknowledge any ''share exchange'' between these parties. Hence the ''shell risk'' warning still flashing despite what Tad asserts. Read what OTC says a company can do to facilitate removal https://www.otcmarkets.com/glossary#shell-risk Apparently OTC hasn't been convinced that there has been any change at all.

"Floor price''? I'll have to look that up. However, any buy back after a RS can often vacuum up shares well below today's bottom of .0001.
