Only 1 page website IN DEVELOPMENT for 6 months.

The company owns nothing to be considered "in development". No building, no land, no permits, no license, no equipment, no products, no employees, no sales and last but not least...no SEC filings depict anything "in development".

Just an "idea developed in someone's mind", with no money to support the idea, would have been the accurate description.
