Hrvat4, with these very important BLTH thoughts...

These thoughts are huge regarding BLTH that you have posted. I would say that with the 8-K talking about shares being locked up for warrants until $10.00 and Preferred stock until $12.00, it would seem that $10.00 per share is the minimum that they are expecting for BLTH to trade after the SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) merger to "immediately" get to the NASDAQ.

So, let's presume a 1-10 reverse split based on what you believe. If one were to buy a million shares, they could get them for under $20,000 right now. That would take their position down to 100,000 shares with a 1-10 reverse split. With an expected bottom of $10.00 per share, that equates to an amount of...

100,000 shares of BLTH x $10.00 per share = $1,000,000 in value

That means that for investing $20,000 into BLTH on the OTC Markets to buy 1,000,000 shares, you would be getting back in return 100,000 shares of SGII trading on the NASDAQ at a minimum at $10.00 per share with your position being worth $1,000,000 in value. Currently, SGII trades at $10.36 per share, last I looked, with over $40 Million in cash to fund and grow their huge Lithium project. Keep in mind, this is the same team that took Redbox to the NASDAQ as a publicly trading company to trade over $14.00+ per share.

Even if you are half right and they do a 1-20 reverse split instead of a 1-10, then that would mean that for investing roughly $20,000 for 1,000,000 shares of BLTH, you would get 50,000 shares of SGII trading on the NASDAQ and will have a value of $500,000 back in return instead of $1,000,000 of which is still very good.

I think investors should really research what is going on here with BLTH to immediately get them to the NASDAQ. I still believe that the market is sleeping on BLTH. Reading this news is a start:
