Ya, it's annoying how OTC plays are moreover pushed down... very annoying.
As I read in GSAC's last SEC filing, there was some 'weakness' found in their audit and they wanted to address it. Perhaps that's why we haven't heard anything yet but I don't know for sure. If it were me, I'd want any obscurity fixed before hand, but that's me.
I don't see this one as a scam but there's definitely scammy people that trade and that part we can't avoid... ugh!
