Then came the milestone excuses cutting the line in front of that famous "last piece for funding".

But, the Loan/Funding/Financing has never been mentioned as being a milestone? Remember the message board sticky note that became famous on company's twitter page? It was heralded because it became the company's excuse template to buy another year for another promotion of a project that never happens.

So, we have a famous unknown "last piece", turning into a series of milestones, replacing that "last piece for funding", as excuses for NO loan for 365 consecutive days following the tweet.
