More positive noise than most would assume; Industry elements don't care for FHFA manipulations. When enough of them reach a "boiling point," we might get the administration move that most GSE supporters want.
Fannie and Freddie are doing zilch because they can't.
All initiatives at the companies are coming from the regulator, who is woefully miscast in her position and also she is surrounded by "non-housers."
